My name is Fosca, I am an artist and I've been invited to participate to the first edition of a creative incubation program that aims to extract from people to their full potential. Creation requires a sacred space, free of external pressure where the only imperative is the creative process. The first cycle was aimed at finding this inner space. For me it was like lighting a candle and wandering around in the maze of my mind. I literally turned this metaphor into a tool, using the soot generated by a candle flame to create over 800 boards of drawings that ended up composing my whale's animation.
